Lead form can be used to collect users' emails
BUT
- we cannot ask for marketing consent (email without marketing consent is useless)
- we cannot ask for GDPR consent nor add a link to the privacy policy
That would be good to extend that option because now, if you want to collect emails using chat it's way much better to add a scenario. But the form could be more handy than chat-bot asking questions, if we could extend it adding some checkboxes.
