Description
It is currently not possible to add Snippet Tags in the Agent Web Notification URL input as it is in the notification content.
This would be useful, for example, for the agent to be able to go straight to the user profile associated with the notification.
How does it work now?
Snippet Tag added in the content of the notification and in the URL
The Snippet Tag does not work in the URL even though it works in the text of the notification
