Star rating after each conversation ends

Hi guys,
we definitely need some super simple agent rating widget urgently, like a 5 stars rating system after each chat ends. Something like that would be great to determine which agent performs the best and vice versa.

Would be great if it comes with some sorting/filtering system in the report section like, click on the agent name - select a timeframe - select all 1-star rating conversations - URLs to these conversations appear.
